Staying compliant throughout your use of the Service remains your responsibility at all times.

Bulaxior may — but carries no obligation to — monitor Platform activity to verify adherence to these Terms or applicable legal requirements.

Choosing not to act on a breach at any given moment does not forfeit our right to enforce that provision later.

You bear full responsibility for every transaction, communication, and data action you perform through the Platform.

Discovered a bug, security gap, or system anomaly? Report it immediately through official Bulaxior support channels.

1.4 Access Restrictions and Termination

Bulaxior may limit or revoke your Platform access — on a temporary or permanent basis — if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms;
  • We have reasonable grounds to suspect illegal, harmful, or fraudulent conduct on your part;
  • Your actions threaten the integrity, operations, or reputation of our systems.

We accept no liability for any consequences that arise from such restrictions.

The Platform may connect you to independent third-party offerings, transactions, and services ("External Providers").

1.5 External Providers and Independent Products

Regarding External Providers, Bulaxior does not:

  • employ, supervise, or endorse them in any capacity;
  • guarantee their quality, accuracy, legal standing, or reliability;
  • accept responsibility for commitments they make outside this Platform;
  • reference their content for anything beyond your convenience and general awareness.

Any engagement with External Providers is entirely at your own risk.
